Peter L. Piecuch - President, Broker & Consultant

Associated Insurers - Atlanta, GA
.

Peter Piecuch brings many years of property & casualty insurance and bonding experience to Associated Insurers.  Prior to joining Associated Insurers Mr. Piecuch well-rounded career path included the nation’s largest direct writing insurance carrier, the world’s largest risk management corporation, as well as Atlanta’s largest privately held insurance brokerage firm.

In his management role with Associated Insurers Peter identifies and analyzes the insurable assets and liabilities for public and privately held corporations in order to design, implement and manage affordable risk management programs for Associated Insurers clients.

Peter has served a wide variety of clients in his career but specializes in larger workers compensation programs for the manufacturing and construction industry, environmental policy design and pricing structures in the asbestos and lead industry, insuring waste-to-energy system construction and plant maintenance.  Peter’s success formula comes from implementing ongoing service time-lines for all clients.  This practice insures comprehensive risk management services are delivered for each client’s specific management needs.

Mr. Piecuch has also designed and is currently marketing a general liability program specifically written for exterior insulation finishing system / EIFS installers and manufacturers.

In addition to insurance policy placement, Peter brings many more professional services to the attention of his clients, these going beyond the placement of an insurance policy.  Many companies do not have the resources or inclination to perform certain employment related functions.  In a consulting role Peter has proven to be a valuable asset to his clients by designing effective safety programs, implementing employee handbooks and written company employment policies, assisting with implementation of Drug Free Workplace standards and fleet vehicle safety programs.  Naturally these cost effective practices are useful tools that improve his clients’ claims history and stature in the insurance underwriting community.

Peter’s experience with a wide variety of industry groups makes him a valuable resource and team leader at Associated Insurers Risk Management Group. Prior to his career in the property & casualty business Peter earned his BSBA from the University of Delaware and completed some postgraduate study at Penn State University.
